At Hunter Boots, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your boots aren't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the boots in their original Hunter branded box and secure them inside a mailing bag or shipping carton to prevent damage.
Attach the Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
